Rxpect is digital health software for expectancy-based pain care, developed in Rhode Island. We started from a simple observation in the research literature: patients can benefit from a placebo even when they know it is one. Our work is to make that effect consistent, measurable, and available outside the research clinic.
Our mission is to give the millions of adults living with chronic low back pain a low-risk, non-drug option that fits into the care they already receive.
Rxpect was previously developed under the name PlaceboRx.
